Below are some important reminders for both oral and poster presenters. 

Please check the information carefully.

For Oral Presenters

 

The lectern will be equipped with:

　HDMI or RGB connectors、Power outlets、Laser pointer、Microphone

 

Please bring your own laptop with your presentation data prepared in your preferred presentation 

application. Under the guidance of the session chair, please start your presentation. Please make sure 

to check the computer connection during coffee break before your presentation.

 

• Plenary Lectures: 26 minutes for the lecture and approximately 4 minutes for discussion.

• Invited Speakers: 17 minutes for the lecture and approximately 3 minutes for discussion.

• Oral Speakers: 13 minutes for the lecture and approximately 2 minutes for discussion.

For Poster Presenters

 

The poster presentation session is scheduled to begin at 5:10 PM on December 2nd. 

Please ensure your poster is displayed prior to the session start time.

 

The poster boards will be located in front of the conference hall entrance. Each board is

 900 cm × 1800 cm. We recommend preparing a poster in A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm), 

which fits well on the board. However, if you prefer, you may use the entire board for a larger poster.

• Odd Numbers: Presentation time is 5:10 PM ‒ 5:50 PM.

• Even Numbers: Presentation time is 5:50 PM ‒ 6:30 PM.
